With more than 22 years of experience, Sal is well-versed in developing strategies that are targeted to each client’s unique goals. Many of his clients refer their families and friends to Sal for financial guidance, illustrating his ability to cultivate an experience that inspires confidence and security for his client relationships. Sal believes in employing a team approach when it comes to executing and servicing the plans he and his clients create. He and his colleague, Sandy Spencer-Florczyk, often hear from their clients how much they appreciate prompt responses to their questions and requests, as well as the proactive way Sal and Sandy reach out to help them minimize risk and maximize opportunities.

Sal holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical technology from Onondaga Community College has earned the prestigious professional designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP). During his tenure at M&T Securities, he has been selected as a Chairman’s Club recipient for 18 consecutive years and has been inducted into the M&T Securities Hall of Fame.

An avid community advocate, Sal has been volunteering his time to St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Church since he immigrated to the United States in 1974, sharing his skills as a cook at the annual St. Elias Middle Eastern Festival in Syracuse. Sal enjoys playing racquetball, spending time with his family, sketching/painting/drawing, and photography. His four grandchildren are most often the subjects of his photos.
