As an insurance specialist with M&T Securities, Jessica is responsible for designing, developing, facilitating, and managing all insurance training programs through the wealth continuum. She acts as the conduit to the retail bank by managing the Licensed Banker Employee Program. In addition, she helps create and control insurance marketing materials.

Prior to joining M&T Securities, Jessica was a branch manager with another retail bank and owned a successful insurance agency. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in communication from Canisius College. She currently holds her New York State Life, Accident and Health, Property and Casualty, and Underwriter Adjusters licenses.

Jessica is an active member of M&T Bank’s WIN, Pride, and Hola! resource and networking groups and acts as the coordinator the bank at the annual Bowl-A-Thon charity event. She is also a classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement of WNY.
